This state-of-the-art machine boasts variable frequency speed regulation, PLC control, and an intuitive 7-inch touchscreen interface that rotates 90°. With its stepless speed change feature, users can effortlessly adjust both cutting speed and feeding length. Additionally, the machine dynamically adjusts the pressing wheel height in real-time to accommodate irregular material heights, ensuring perfect one-time block formation.

1. Equipped with an extra-wide blade and high stroke, this machine is ideal for chopping large bone-in meat (up to 300mm wide and 50mm high). Special users can customize the blade and stroke specifications. It efficiently chops pork chops, lamb chops, chicken, duck, goose, fish, as well as both bone-in and boneless, and even frozen (down to -5 degrees) meat and bone products.

2. Adjustable chopping thickness
Utilizing a combined integrated knife, this versatile machine can chop blocks ranging from 12-35mm in width and 1-100mm in length. The length, width, and cutting speed are fully adjustable via the touch panel, with a fine-tuning capability of 1mm.
Designed for combined use, the machine allows for the one-dimensional knife to be replaced, enabling slicing and strip cutting, thus significantly improving production efficiency.

3. Easy to clean
The feeding device is designed for quick disassembly and easy cleaning. The upper clamping device and gantry chopping knife are also cleaned efficiently, with meat and bone fragments, as well as sewage, being drained through the internal discharge port and sewage pipe.
