This machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation, PLC control, and a 7-inch touch screen (rotatable 90°) for the interactive interface, which can achieve stepless speed change and freely adjust the cutting speed and feeding length. Also it can automatically adjust the height of the pressing wheel in time according to the irregular height of the material to achieve one-time block forming.

1. Extra-wide blade and high stroke, suitable for chopping large bone-in meat (maximum chopping width 300mm, height within 50mm). Special users can customize the specifications of extra-wide blade and ultra-high stroke. It can chop pork chops, lamb chops, chicken, duck, goose, fish, bone-in or boneless, frozen (minus five degrees) meat and bone products.

2. Adjustable chopping thickness
This machine uses a combined integrated knife, which can chop blocks with a width of 12-35mm and a length of 1mm~100mm. The length, width and cutting speed can be adjusted at any time on the touch panel, and the minimum adjustment scale is 1mm;
This machine is used in combination, and the one-dimensional knife can be replaced to achieve slicing and strip cutting effects, and improve production efficiency.

3. Easy to clean
The feeding device of this machine can be quickly disassembled and cleaned. The upper clamping device and the gantry chopping knife are cleaned, and the meat and bone fragments and sewage are discharged from the sewage pipe and the discharge port inside the machine.
