For specific needs, users can customize the blade width and stroke height. This versatile machine can efficiently chop a variety of meats including pork chops, lamb chops, chicken, duck, goose, fish, and even frozen meats and bone products, whether bone-in or boneless, at temperatures as low as minus five degrees Celsius.

2. Adjustable chopping thickness
Employing an innovative combined integrated knife, this machine can chop blocks ranging from 12-35mm in width and 1mm to 100mm in length.
